Add Objects

Adding a folder.

To “add a folder”, select the parent element to which it will be linked and click the button with the folder image. Enter “Name” of the folder and click “Create” In the pop-up window.

The parent element for a folder can be the root element (company name) or any folder. The folder binding depth is not limited.

A folder cannot be linked to an object or subobject.

 

Adding an object.

To “add an object”, select the parent element to which it will be linked and click the button with the image of the house. Enter “Name” of the object and select “The type of the object” in the pop-up window.

You can specify a location for an object. There are two ways to do so, which are specify a point on the map or fill in the address.

Specifying a territorial location is not mandatory when creating an object, but it allows you to automatically pull up data using the “FIAS Unique Identifier”.

 

To specify a location on the map, click on the corresponding item in the object creation template.

Next, you need to select a point on the map and click “Create”.

You can also fill in the address in 2 ways: enter it in the “Address of the object” field and select one of the suggested options or fill in all the address fields manually. To manually fill in all address fields, you must activate the Enter address manually option.

Area, settlement, city_district, block – are optional parameters.

 

When manually entering the address, it is necessary to fill in the coordinates of the object correctly. The coordinates are the “Latitude” and “Longitude” fields. The correctness of the object’s display on “The map” depends on it. The root element (company name) or any folder can serve as the parent element for the object.

An object cannot be linked to another object or subobject.

 

Adding a subobject.

To add a subobject, select the parent object to which it will be linked and click the button with the image of the house. In the pop-up window, enter Name of the object, selectType of object and click Create.

“Room number” is an optional parameter, required for generating some reports.

A subobject can only be bound to an object. You cannot bind it to a subobject.
