Infrastructure Report

The infrastructure report allows you to generate a report on metering points grouped by objects. To generate a report, click on an element of the object tree. A list of accounting points linked to it will be displayed on the right:

  • When choosing Subobjecta list of metering points linked to this subobject will be displayed.
  • When choosing Objecta list of metering points linked to this object and to all nested sub-objects will be displayed.
  • When choosing Foldersa list of metering points linked to all nested objects and subobjects will be displayed.
  • If you click onThe name of the company (account), then a list of all accounting points linked to objects and subobjects will be displayed.

Metering points that are not linked to objects and sub-objects are not displayed in the infrastructure report.

The report consists of the following columns:

  • “Subscriber number” is the number of the contract/personal account of the consumer linked to the metering point. To display this parameter in the report, you need to create a consumer in “The directory” and link it to The metering point.
  • “MP number” is the number of the metering point (specified when creating it).
  • “Name” is the name of the metering device that is linked to the metering point.
  • “Address” is the address of the object (street and building number), which is indicated when adding.
  • “The installation area” is an attribute of the metering device. To display this parameter in the report, it must be specified in the device editing.
  • “Device number” is an attribute of the metering device (serial number). To display this parameter in the report, it must be specified in the device editing.
  • “Date of initial readings” is the date and time of the first message with readings in the selected period.
  • “Start readings” is the meter readings at the beginning of the selected period.
  • “Date of final readings” is the date and time of the last message with readings in the selected period.
  • “End readings” is the meter readings at the end of the selected period.
  • “Consumption for the period” is the consumption of the metering device for the selected period (the difference between the readings at the end of the period and at the beginning of the period).
  • “Start time” is the value of the time of normal operation of the metering device at the beginning of the selected period (for metering devices with a built-in working time counter).
  • “End of operation time” is the value of the normal operation time of the meter at the end of the selected period (for meters with a built-in working time counter).
  • “Working time” is the time of normal operation of the metering device for the selected period (for metering devices with a built-in working time counter).

In order to hide extra columns or show hidden ones, you need to click on the icon with the image of a gear and set/uncheck the appropriate boxes.

The default period for displaying data in the report is the last 7 days. To change it, click on the date button, select the necessary dates in the calendar and click Show. A filter by resource type is available for the report. To apply it, click on the corresponding icon with the image of the resource. To reset the filter, click on the All button.

To download the report, click the “Export” to Excel button.
