Company Settings

Click the user name and select “Company Settings” to navigate to the settings.

Only a user with an “Administrator” rights has access to the company settings.

User logs.

User logs tab stores all the actions of the company’s users.

Service logs.

Service logs tab stores logs of interaction with external information systems.

Services.

“Services” tab contains settings for interaction with external information systems.

Notifications.

To send events as SMS messages or voice calls, you can use one of the integrated SMS centers:

  • E-Vostok
  • SMS Center

You need to register in the SMS Center and top up your balance for settings. Then enter Login andpassword that is used to access the SMS Center’s personal account, then Activate the service and click the Send button to save the settings.

Integration.

Settings for interaction with external information systems for receiving and transmitting data on devices are available in the Integration services group.

Vaviot.

The service is designed to receive meter readings from the personal account of the Vaviot system.

You need to enter a JWT token, which is issued by the Vaviot system, then Activate the service and click the Send button to configure it.

Kazakh Telecom.

The service is designed to receive data on LoRaWAN devices from Kazakhtelecom network server.

You need to enter Server address (Domain or IP), Login (App ID), Password(Token), Activate the service and click Send button to configure it.

Vega Server.

The service is designed to receive data on LoRaWAN devices from Vega-Absolut’s IOT Vega Server.

You need to enter Login andPassword from the account on the server, as well as the IP address andThe port used to connect to the IOT Vega Server to configure it.

Network 868.

The service is designed to receive data on LoRaWAN devices from Network 868 company network server.

You need to enter Server address (Domain or IP),Server port,User token,Activate the service and click the Send button to configure it.

Lartech.

The service is designed to receive data on LoRaWAN devices from the Lartech company network server.

You need to enter Server address (Domain or IP),Server port,Login,Password,Activate the service and click the Send button to configure it.

Actility.

The service is designed to configure sending Downlink packets to devices whose data comes from the Actility network serverhttps://www.actility.com/.

You need to enter Token,Activate the service and click the Send button to configure it.

Almaty Su

The service is designed to transmit the readings of water meters to the Almaty Su system.

You need to enter Login andthe password that is used to access the personal account of Almaty Su, specify Launch time (hour),Activate the service and click the Send button to configure it.
