Calibration of the pulse metering device

An error may occur when collecting readings from a pulse metering device for a long time. The Nekta system provides the ability to calibrate such devices.

For calibration, it is necessary to calculate the difference in readings on the metering device in the system and on the meter itself. It is necessary to verify at the moment when the data is transmitted to the server for a more accurate calculation.

Data transfer to the server can be initiated. For example, restart the power supply, bring the magnet, press the button on the board, initiate the operation of the security sensor, etc. The methods may vary depending on the manufacturer and model of the device (please read the operating manual).

Next, you need to open the context menu of metering devices, select Specification Passport and correct the initial value by the difference (add or subtract). Click “Save Changes”.
