Add a new user

To add a new user take the following steps:

1. Go to the “Users” section.

2. Click the “Add a new user” button.

3. Enter “Full name”.

You can also indicate the involvement in any company and the position in it, this information is not required.

4. Enter the user’s “E-mail”.

5. Enter and confirm “Password”.

The password must be at least 8 characters.


6. Specify the user’s “Time zone”.

The user’s time zone may differ from the company’s time zone. By default, such a user will see device data based on the company’s time zone.


In order for the device data to be displayed taking into account the user’s time zone, it is necessary to check the box next to Use the user’s time zone?.

7. It is possible to specify additional information about the user in the “Description” field, the information will be displayed when viewing the list of users.

8. Press “Create a user”.

9. Confirm user registration. To do so, follow the link from the letter that was sent to the specified E-mail.
